Mystery surrounds Mozart's famous Requiem...but you don't need to know the stories to enjoy this fabulous music, with drama and intensity matched by unforgettable melodies and beautiful moments of peace.  The Requiem was left unfinished at the composer's death, and completed by Mozart's friend Franz Süssmayr.  Composer Duncan Druce returned to Mozart's sketches for the later movements and it is his completion, which captures the mastery of Mozart with amazing conviction, we perform tonight.
